Setting up your keyboard

  1. Turn your keyboard on by pressing and holding the power button for 3-4 seconds (you will see a green light come on and then turn off)
  2. Go to Settings > Bluetooth (leave this screen open)
  3. Press and hold the Fn + 1 key simultaneously until you see a blinking blue LED light in the upper right corner
  4. The keyboard should come up in your 'Nearby Devices' section under IPKBCASE, press 'Pair' or 'Connect'
  5. Once connected, use your track pad to move around, click and attempt a test type. 

 

Charging your keyboard

  • You can charge your keyboard via a USB port or a wall adapter. 
  • You will see a red light while it is charging, then it will turn off when charged. 

 

Adjusting the backlight

Press Fn + X to turn the backlight on/off and increase/decrease the brightness. 

 

Keyboard isn't working

The issue you are encountering may be caused due to a loss of connection or a channel failure.
  1. On your iPad, go to Settings > Bluetooth (leave this screen open) 
  2. On keyboard, press and hold power button for 3 seconds (until you see the green light come on and then turn off)
  3. Press Fn and 1 at the same time, let go
  4. IPKBCASE should pop up on your nearby device list > hit connect

Note: If the keyboard is listed in your device list and will not connect when tapped, you will need to Remove/Forget the device and then proceed to Step 2.
