My mouse isn't working

  1. Try a different USB port to rule out a faulty connection.
  2. If you're using an adapter, double-check that it’s working properly and securely connected.
  3. You can also try a different adapter, if possible.
  4. Are you using a USB hub? Try a different port.
  5. Plug the mouse in directly to your computer, if possible, without the adapter or USB hub. 
  6. Try a different computer to see if there is a change.
  7. Do you see the red optical sensor light underneath the mouse? If you don't there may be an issue with the power.
