Q: How long does it take to charge my mouse?

A: Approximately 1.5-2 hours.

 

Q: How long will my mouse battery last after being fully charged?

A: Approximately 1-3 months, depending on usage. 

 

Q: How do I know my mouse needs to be charged?

A: The mouse will produce a flashing red LED light by the scroll wheel. 

 

Q: How do I know if it is charging?  

A: You will see a bold red LED by the scroll wheel. 

 

Q: How do I know when it is fully charged?

A: The red LED will turn green. 

 

How do I set up my new mouse? 

  1. Turn mouse on. 
  2. Open Settings > Bluetooth (leave this screen open).
  3. Press and hold the pair button for 3-5 seconds.
  4. BTTOPBAT should pop up under Nearby Devices.
  5. Press Connect.

 

My mouse is requesting a pin

(This is usually only pops up for Mac OS Ventura 13.0.1 )
If your mouse is requesting as pin, you can try '0000'

If the aforementioned pin does not work, please try the following method:

Step 1: Put mouse in pair mode. 

Step 2: Once you are able to see BTTOPBAT in your 'Nearby Devices' click on Connect.

Step 3: It will ask you for a pin. Enter 0000, click Ok.

Step 4: Click on Connect again, then when the pop up appears again, click Cancel.

Step 5: Click on Connect one last time, then when the pop up appears again, click on Ok (do not type a pin).
